By accessing or using TicketAppeal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

TicketAppeal provides an automated tool that generates personalized parking ticket appeal letters based on information you provide. Our service:

• Generates appeal letter templates using AI technology
• Provides general submission guidance
• Delivers letters via email and downloadable PDF

IMPORTANT: TicketAppeal is a document generation service. We are NOT:

• A law firm
• Legal representatives
• Lawyers or legal advisors
• Guarantors of appeal success

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your appeal is officially rejected.

How to Request a Refund

To receive a refund, you must:

1. Submit your appeal letter to the appropriate parking authority
2. Receive an official written rejection
3. Email proof of rejection to refunds@ticketappealnow.com within 60 days of purchase
4. Include your original purchase confirmation and ticket details

Refund Timeline (Connecticut Residents)

• Review: We will review your rejection documentation within 5 business days
• Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval
• Total time: Approximately 10-15 business days from submission to receipt

Non-Refundable Situations

We will NOT issue refunds if:

• You did not submit the appeal letter
• You missed the submission deadline
• You significantly altered our letter before submission
• You cannot provide official rejection proof
• More than 60 days have passed since purchase
• The rejection resulted from false information you provided

TicketAppeal shall NOT be liable for loss of money, time, or property resulting from use of our Service, unsuccessful appeals, missed deadlines, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE ($9.99).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.

Connecticut Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) or other Connecticut consumer protection laws.
