How to Request a Refund

To receive a refund, you must:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut.

Connecticut Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) or other Connecticut consumer protection laws.
